UNIPRO DC Rack Mount Power Plants

UNIPOWER Rack-Mount DC Power Systems include the Aspiro family, 1RU and 2RU rack-mount from 45A to 90A at -48V. The Guardian Access family range in size from 2RU to 14RU with capacities from 200A to 1200A at -48V and 100A to 1200A at +24V. Sageon family are rack-mounted expandable systems rated from 200A to 600A available in both -48V and +24V configurations.

UNIPRO Aspiro 1U 45Amps/2.4kW

Aspiro 1U is a compact 1RU high 19/23” or ETSI rack-mounted, integrated 45 Amp DC power system providing an output of -48VDC.The Aspiro 1U 45 amp DC power system can accommodate 1 or 2 Aspiro family high efficiency hotswap rectifiers. A total load + charge current of 45A / 2.4kW is available.

The DC output circuits can provide up to 4 loads with breakers rated from 1A to 30A or 10 loads with GMT fuses from 0.25A to 15A.

Aspiro 2U 60 Amp Front Access DC Power System provides a total load current of 60A / 3.2kW with battery charge current up to 30A. The DC output circuits of the Aspiro 2U 60 Amp Front Access DC Power System can provide up to 8 loads with breakers rated from 1A to 30A.

2 additional breakers provide battery protection. A programmable 125A low voltage battery disconnect (LVBD) is standard while an optional partial load disconnect (PLD), also rated at 125A and programmable, can provide non-critical load shedding when operating on batteries.

ASPIRO 2U 60 Amps/3.2kW

SAGEON Micro 200Amps 24/48V

Designed to deliver up to 200 amps of power for 24 volt or 48 volt systems.
The SAGEON Micro 200 amp DC power system consists of a power frame that includes the SAGEON Controller, mechanical mounting for up to seven SAGEON Micro Rectifiers, all inter-system cabling, and optional items including AC input breakers, battery disconnects, DC distribution breakers and fuses, and remote communications – all factory installed and tested.

A load current of 400A is available with battery charge current up to 125A subject to an overall 480A.

The DC output circuits can provide up to 20 loads which utilize circuit breakers with capacities from 2A to 150A plus up to six 100A or 300A breakers that provide battery protection. A programmable low voltage battery disconnect (LVBD) is available with a 200A (5RU systems) or 400A (6RU systems) contactor.

GUARDIAN 400/480Amps

GUARDIAN 600Amps, -48VDC

Guardian Access M38 is a 5-7RU high 19” rack-mounted, integrated 600 Amp DC power system providing an output of -48VDC. These highly configurable systems incorporate 3 rectifier shelves with up to 11 Guardian family high efficiency hot-swap rectifiers.

Guardian Access M38 provides a maximum total current of 600A (N+1). This may be shared between the load and battery charge current, the latter being programmable via the controller.
